In this episode, we visit with Douglas Krause who owns and operates Krause Saddle Company in Patagonia, Arizona.

Douglas is an award winning saddle maker with a long career building saddles and leathergoods.  He is also an accomplished horsehair craftsman.  He is well known for his horse hair hitching and horse hair rope making for mecates.
